Praying to the Void
August of 2023 the golden rod was popping in the meadow on my girlfriend’s property and I wanted to capture its vibrancy against a black background. As I was setting up my shot I noticed some movement out of the corner of eye. It was this guy worshipping the void.
2023 / Pipersville, PA
I made the frame from wood salvaged from a hand-carved 19th-century Chinese screen that my girlfriend gifted me during a Golden Nugget Flea Market visit on my birthday.
Giclee print on velvet fine art paper: 10” X 10”
Frame Size: 11.5” X 11.5”
