Slow & Low // First Print
With two little kids and a house and yard that always needed work I was always on the move during the weekend. But on this one Saturday—I remember as clear as the sky was blue—a voice in my head said, “take a break, go grab your camera, and watch the sky.” So I did. And in under a minute this glorious bald eagle swooped down over my yard. I frantically snapped a dozen shots before I lost site of him. But as if he knew not a single shot was in focus, he came back and made another pass all slow & low and let me clip off another 38 shots—all of them in focus.

The frame is made from an old stock of rough sawn tongue and groove pine that was left over from a barn renovation in Pipersville, PA.
