Masons Resurrection // First Print

$550.00

I dug this Masons jar from a trash pit I discovered in my backyard. It was probably underground for close to a century. After taking this photo i put the jar on a shelf in my studio. A couple months later it fell to the floor and shattered to pieces. Was it better off to remain underground and endure or to be immortalized and then cease to exist?

2018 / Stockton, NJ

The frame was built from scrap wood I saved when cleaning out my grandfather’s workshop in Cranford, NJ.

Giclee print on exhibition fiber paper: 13.25” X 17.5”

Frame Size: 16” X 20”
